Our Team

Our dedicated team is highly qualified, with all core staff holding a Level 3 Early Years qualification or above. We are committed to maintaining a fully qualified team at every session - far exceeding the legal requirement, which is for only 50% of staff to hold a relevant qualification. The only exception is our Early Years Apprentice, who is working towards their qualification while being supported by our experienced team.

All staff regularly attend training and professional development courses provided by Derbyshire Early Years, as well as completing all mandatory training to ensure we continue to provide the highest standards of care and education.

Every member of our team is also trained in Paediatric First Aid, giving parents added peace of mind that children are cared for by knowledgeable, well-trained professionals.
